GKM College of Engineering & Technology has been established in the year 1996. It is situated in the greenish village at Thiruvencherry which is near to Tambaram railway station (From Tambaram Railway Station 5.50 kms). The Chairman of this college Dr.G.Kathamuthu and the Correspondent is Mrs.Sujatha Balasubramanian, MBA (BGL). The College established with an aim of imparting technical education and training the students to cope up with the latest technological advancement and to enable the youngsters to compete with the others in the global up gradation. With the understanding and Co-Operation of Staff, Enlightened parents and their wads, the support and encouragement given by the Managing Committee, the institution will continue to serve the cause of higher education and uphold the tradition of culture, Godliness and good conduct and spread the message of love and friendship among the students.
